Impeccable Images accepts checks only.

Shipping

We ship via U.S. Postal Service unless you request an alternate shipper. We will ship your order by the cheapest means that will allow us to e-mail you with a tracking number. When you order, we calculate actual shipping costs and add this amount to your total due. You will be charged only for the actual shipping cost. There is no handling fee.

Estimated shipping costs

Shipping costs will range from about $4 for three note cards to about $10 for a single matted 11" x 14" print.

Sales tax

You pay no sales tax. Impeccable Images is located in Oregon, which has no sales tax.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of shipping. To make this request, please contact us by e-mail or telephone for shipping authorization. When we receive your return in good condition, we will issue a refund.
