Impeccable Images accepts checks only.

Shipping

Please allow up to two weeks for shipping, since we produce, mat and frame art prints and note cards as they are individually ordered. When we receive your order, we will e-mail you with an estimated shipping date.

We ship via U.S. Postal Service. We will ship your order USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail and e-mail you a tracking number. Orders with glass and frames will be sent insured with signature confirmation required.

When you order, we calculate actual shipping costs and add this amount to your total. Please note that you will be charged only the actual shipping cost with no handling fee.

Sales tax

You pay no sales tax, since Impeccable Images is located in Oregon, a state with no sales tax.

Shopping

Send us an e-mail with your order, specifying the product number as shown on the gallery page. We will send you a reply with the total amount due, including shipping costs. You can then mail us a check. See How to buy.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of shipping. To request a return or exchange, please contact us by e-mail or telephone for shipping authorization. You can order from Impeccable Images without risk, since we pay shipping on all returns. Please use original packaging to return items.

Custom orders

We accept custom orders. We would be glad to search our files for images not in our online store and produce art prints according to your requirements. Additional frame colors are available as custom orders, and larger sizes are also available.
